Welcome to Aura. By creating an account or using any part of the Aura app — Milan (the AI stylist), your wardrobe, the Virtual Try-On studio, or the marketplace — you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Agreement

Radovan Albert (the "Provider") provides access to the Aura application (the "Service"), which functions as a virtual stylist and visualisation tool (Virtual Try-On / VTON).

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Payments

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; the Provider never sees or stores your card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the end of the current cycle.

Free Trial

New users are entitled to a 3-day free trial to explore the Premium features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged automatically.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, so you keep access to your Premium features until then.

Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Liability

Aura's recommendations are generated by AI and are intended as creative suggestions, not professional advice. The Provider is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations.

The Service integrates with third-party content providers (such as Shopify partner stores). The Provider is not responsible for the availability, pricing, accuracy or stock of any third-party content displayed in the marketplace.
