Your wardrobe is personal. Aura treats your data with the same discretion a private tailor treats a fitting room. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how to delete it.
Who We Are
The data controller responsible for processing your personal information is Radovan Albert, the operator of the Aura application.

Data We Collect
We only collect what is strictly necessary to operate the service. The categories of personal data we process are:
- Identification data — your name and email address, received from Google or Apple sign-in.
- Visual data — photos and short videos you upload for Virtual Try-On (VTON) generation, wardrobe scanning, and your style profile.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, time-zone, and basic crash/diagnostic telemetry collected automatically when you use the app.
Purpose of Processing
We process your data for the following clearly-defined purposes:
- Providing virtual stylist services and Virtual Try-On (VTON) visualisations.
- Personalising fashion recommendations based on your body profile, color season, and wardrobe.
- Managing your subscription, processing payments, and communicating with you about your account.
Security
Your data is processed in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Visual data (photos and videos) is used exclusively for VTON generation inside Aura and is not sold to third parties for marketing or advertising.
We protect your data with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and apply strict access controls to our systems.
Your Rights
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all of the personal data and visual content you have uploaded, at any time and free of charge.
You also have the right to access, correct, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing.
